Shipping

Orders will ship out from our California fulfillment center within 1-3 business days of purchase via USPS. Package is delivered 3-5 business days after date shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at check out and tracking will be provided once your order is on the way.

Returns & Refunds

You may return any full priced items within 14 days after the date you received your item for a store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn, unused and unwashed in the original packaging with all tags attached. If these requirements are not met, the request will be denied. Return fee is $7. 

To start a return, contact us at info@imadorableclothing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect Item

If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact info@imadorableclothing.com as soon as possible so we can ensure you get the correct item. A prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the correct item will be sent as previously specified. 

No Exchanges 

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a store credit within 14 days of receipt.
